October 19, 2026: Launch (v1)
- Added 2026 official VA compensation rates (effective December 1, 2025) from VA.gov, including SMC-K ($139.87) from VA.gov SMC rates.
- Added 2027 estimated rates using the 3.6% COLA announced by SSA on October 14, 2026. To be replaced by VA’s official table once it is published.
- Calculator implements 38 CFR 4.25 (combined ratings, verified against all 684 Table I values) and 38 CFR 4.26 (bilateral factor, including the 4.26(d) most-favorable rule).
